Meditation
Meditation is key to a happy life. It quietens the mind and helps you find your inner peace so you can hear what it is you need in your life. When you turn your mental chatter off, it allows you to feel into your physical body, telling you how you are actually feeling and not what you think you are feeling. By meditating, we improve our connectivity with ourselves and in our relationships with family, community and the environment. It helps you feel adequate with where you are emotionally. People feel more relaxed, focused, productive, creative and often have more restful sleep after meditating.
All sessions are gentle, relaxing, personalised and guided. I work with individuals, couples, groups and animals. My sessions are designed to be easy for those who often have their defences up and have struggled with mediation as well as deep for those who are more experienced.
Individual / One on One
One on one sessions are tailored completely to your needs. helping you with whatever is currently going on in your life. Whether it be stress in a relationship, you’re stuck in your head, disconnected from your body or looking to quite the chatter or tap into your creativity.
Couples
Sessions for couples are similar to one on ones and are completely tailored to your needs. Focus can include couple closeness, connectedness, deepening your bond, letting go of old belief systems and creating new ones and deepening your understanding of each other.
Animals
Meditations are particularly beneficial for animals and their companions, creating a physical and emotional balance and deepening a shared bond. It can soothe anxious pets, providing stress relief and relaxation.
Groups
Focused on lunar activity, group moon meditations are powerful tapping into the emotions of everyone in the room to ensure everyone gets the most out of it.
